Martuku Puri (Murtu Reflections)
A collaboration between the Parnngurr Community in the remote north-east of Western Australia and a contemporary visual artist resulted in this touring exhibition comprising 47 works. The Parnngurr Community is located at the Rudall River National Park in the far east Pilbara region of WA, 380kms north-east of the town of Newman.
In and Out of Town
This exhibition was a selection of photographs by Chris Rowett which illustrated the book In and Out of Town, celebrating Narrogin’s centenary of local government. The photographs portrayed contemporary life in one area of regional Western Australia, This project also received funding from Healthway, the Gordon Darling Foundation and the Town and Shire of Narrogin.…
