Textiles: the Medium
This exhibition featured the work of nine artists, all graduates of Visual Arts School at Edith Cowan University and Curtin University of Technology; Helen Britton, Lucy Bromell, Georgina Cresswell, Lyndell Darch, Ruth Hadlow, Marisa Martinazzo, Sarah Toohey, Mark Stewart and Jane Whiteley. Three separate exhibitions ‘Boxed In’, ‘Crafts in the Community’ and ‘Weaving’ were curated by individual craftspeople Sandra Black, Lynda Notte and Elsje King who were appointed by the Crafts Council of WA.
