Water Medicine – An Exhibition of Wet Works to Mollify the Millennium

Water Medicine featured 11 prominent Australian artists who were using water either as a subject for their works or as part of the process of their fabrication. The exhibition was designed to be accessible on a number of levels, to engage a broad range of visitors. With references ranging from the daily shower and complexities of water distribution in Western Australia, to the place of water on a dry continent, the exhibition provided multiple entrances for audiences. Artists included: Robert Baines, Ros Bande, Clare Belfrage, Bronwyn Goss, Jacqui Gropp, Adrian Jones, Janie Matthews, Anne Neil, Susan Purdy, Sue Saxon and Liz Williamson.
