Koorlongka: Stories of Indigenous Childhood
Koorlongka was a major travelling exhibition; it provided a unique and effective vehicle for presenting the experience of Australia’s Indigenous children over time through video and audio interviews as well as through interpretive displays and interactive elements. Koorlongka is the Noongar word for Child.
Against the Grain
Against the Grain spanned over 40 years of Burns’ creative life and included three hundred and fifty A3 images that recorded previous works that used interactivity, surveillance, performance, film, TV, and video.
