Techné
Techné was a survey of new media/digital arts practice in Australia (with a few international exceptions). It was thematically concerned with the alienation of technology. The exhibition featured screen based installations, which encouraged audiences to immerse themselves into a synthesised environment and experience the best of this new wave of arts practice of it’s time.
Death – Insights on Life
This exhibition explored our perceptions of death through the work of seven artists: Tom Arthur, Fiona Hall, Leah King-Smith, Anne MacDonald, Robyn Stacey, Laurens Tan and Ken Unsworth.
