Double Take – Recycling in Contemporary Craft
Double Take – Recycling in Contemporary Craft surveyed the work of 21 emerging contemporary craft and design practitioners who addressed issues of sustainability in their practice. The practitioners worked across a variety of mediums ranging from jewellery to mixed media works.
Lace – Contemporary Perspectives
Originally presented as part of Perth Festival, this exhibition presented a contemporary perspective on the meaning and relevance of lace. While the social status of lace may have chganged through the ages, it is a traditiional form of cloth which has sustained an unprecedented place in the modern world.
