Against the Grain spanned over 40 years of Burns’ creative life and included three hundred and fifty A3 images that recorded previous works that used interactivity, surveillance, performance, film, TV, and video. Small Scale Sculpture featured 16 works from 8 prominent Western Australian sculptors. 4 of the artists were featured in a paired back version of this touring exhibition in the 7th International Small Sculpture Triennale Hungary.
